Job requirements:
1. University degree in the same field or its equivalent
2. At least five years of experience in the same position.
3. Experience in the Turkish labor system
4. Fluency in Arabic and Turkish or English and Turkish.
5. To be at least 35 years old.
6. Have a regular residence, or as an owner of Istanbul, or Turkish citizenship
7. Of the nationalities of the Middle East exclusively.
8. Married couples are given preference.
9. A non-smoker.
Functional tasks:
1. Evaluate the performance of employees and submit reports to the company's management.
2. Supervising the interviews of individuals nominated for admission to the company.
3. Training of employees and developing their skills through the establishment of training programmes.
4. Supporting employees and motivating them to develop and improve performance. Develop and direct strategies and administrative services in the company.
5. Publishing job advertisements in the company.
6. Disbursing salaries to employees and reviewing the salary budget
7. Monitor compliance with laws and regulations in all company departments
8. Supervising the acceptance or rejection of leave and leave.
